Purpose nanobananai.ai provides artificial intelligence tools for generating images and creative digital content. We are committed to ensuring that our technology is used responsibly, ethically, and within the law. 2. Prohibited Uses You may not use nanobananai.ai for activities that are illegal, harmful, or abusive. The following categories are strictly prohibited: A. Illegal Activities • Violation of local, state, national, or international laws or regulations. • Engaging in fraud, scams, or deceptive business practices. • Promoting or selling illegal goods, weapons, or controlled substances. B. Harmful or Unsafe Content You may not generate, upload, or share any content that: • Is pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult-oriented. • Sexualizes, endangers, or depicts minors in any way. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) is strictly prohibited under a zero-tolerance policy; suspected CSAM is removed and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or law enforcement as required by law. • Is a "deepfake" or otherwise realistically depicts an identifiable real person (including public figures) without their consent, or creates non-consensual intimate or sexual imagery of any person. • Depicts violence, abuse, gore, or self-harm. • Promotes hate speech, discrimination, or harassment. • Encourages terrorism, extremism, or criminal activity. C. Intellectual Property Infringement • Do not upload or use copyrighted, trademarked, or proprietary materials that you don't own or have permission to use. • Do not use nanobananai.ai to recreate logos, artworks, or brand materials owned by others. • All generated content remains subject to applicable copyright and fair use laws. D. Misleading or Malicious Activity • Do not use the Platform to create false, deceptive, or misleading information. • No spam, phishing, or malicious code distribution. • Do not attempt to bypass security systems, reverse engineer, or exploit nanobananai.ai or its API. 3. Automated Content Moderation To keep the Platform safe and compliant, every prompt you submit is automatically screened by a content-moderation system before any content is generated. Prompts that are flagged as violating this Policy are blocked, and no content is produced. Attempting to bypass, evade, or defeat these filters — including through obfuscated prompts, encoding, or prompt injection — is itself a violation of this Policy. 4. User Responsibilities • You are responsible for all content generated or uploaded under your account. • You must ensure your usage complies with this Policy and all applicable laws. • You must not attempt to evade any content filters, safety checks, or moderation systems. 5.
